Custom Fees & Import Duties

Custom fees & Import duties

In certain instances, customs or import duties may be applied once your package arrives in the destination country. Any additional fees that may arise are the responsibility of the customer; Anna + Nina does not cover taxes and duties.

These charges are determined by the laws and customs regulations of the importing country and are unfortunately beyond our control. We are also unable to estimate these fees at the time of purchase, as they may vary.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for up-to-date information on any applicable fees, so you're not caught off guard.

UK orders

Additional taxes may be applied when shipping to the United Kingdom as a result of Brexit. Since 1 January 2021, VAT and customs regulations differ based on the value of items shipped to the UK. The threshold for this distinction is set at £135.

  • For goods valued at or below £135: Only UK VAT will apply, and there are no extra charges upon delivery.
  • For goods valued over £135: The goods will be subject to UK VAT along with an approximate 20% customs import fee.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to purchase a new item please return your unwanted goods to us for a refund and place a new order online at www.anna-nina.nl

What should I do if my item is damaged or fauly?

If the item you have purchased
is damaged/faulty with a manufacturing fault, please contact us directly at webshop@anna-nina.nl and send us a picture. We will make an already paid-for return label, returning the product to the address as mentioned above is not
necessary. 

Warranty

What is your warranty?

We advise our customers to check all items within fourteen days.
Check the delivered quantity and the quality of the article. If there is
something not correct, please send an e-mail to webshop@anna-nina.nl explaining what the problem is. In case you need to return the product, we will provide you with a return label. Please note, the warranty is void if the product shows a defect that is caused by improper use, or if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended. After the fourteen-day period, we give a warranty of two months on the quality of our products and 12 months for 14K gold products. If
within this period, there is a problem with the product please send an e-mail to webshop@anna-nina.nl. We will provide you with a suitable solution.

 

1.   If it is possible to repair the product, we will repair it.

2.   If it is not possible to repair the product, we will provide you with a new item.

3.   If it is not possible to repair the product and we do not have it in stock anymore, we will offer you a refund. If you live in Amsterdam, you can also within this two month period drop by our Atelier and get your item repaired. We can only assist you only if you bring your invoice.

 
If we repair or replace the item, this can take up to 14 working days unless communicated otherwise.
