• Maximum number of Characters possible = 3
• All customised items are engraved by hand in our Amsterdam-based Atelier.
• Please note that the processing time can take up to 5 working days meaning that the delivery time on all customised items will be up to 5 working days longer.
• Once an item has been customised it is not possible to refund (this does not affect your statutory rights)
