1. Register your return
Click the button below to register your return. Select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred return method. You have 30 days to return your order. Different terms may apply to certain items; click here for more information.
2. Pack your items
Pack the items with the packaging slip (order form) in the original packaging and shipping box. Ensure that all returned products are in unused condition. Don’t forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.
3. Send your package
After registering your return and packing the items, you have x business days to take the package to the post office.
4. Refunding
Once the package has been delivered, you will receive an email confirmation from Returnista. The purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after your return is received.
FAQ
How to return your items
Go to our return portal via the button above, fill in your online order number (AN......) and email address connected to your order. The order number can be found in the order confirmation e-mail that was sent to you.
If you can’t find your order number, then just enter your e-mail address.
Where do I return my parcel to?
You pay for a pre-made label in our return portal which automatically uses your order address as the shipping address and our warehouse as the receiver. Print or save your label (depending if this is print or printless) and send your parcel back to us.
How to trace your return parcel
As soon as your return is created, you will receive a return label. When you send your parcel using this label, we will notify you of any updates regarding your shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s been shipped, a tracking link to follow your parcel, and further updates, including when it reaches our warehouse.
Return policy
We only accept returns that are registered through our return portal
Items may be returned within 30 days after received. Items bought with a discount or during a sale have a return period of 14 days.
Items need to be unworn, in the original packaging, and with original tags
Items purchased in our stores cannot be returned to our warehouse – items purchased online cannot be returned in our stores
Anna + Nina is not responsible for lost return parcels
Refunds
Your return will be processed and automatically refunded within 14 days of your order being received at our warehouse.
Please note: refunds can only be made to the original buyer, using the same payment method as was used for the purchase.
I did not receive my return label
Please check your spam folder if you have not received your label yet, and ensure that the e-mail you are using is the same as the one used in the original order. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the Returnista Support.
My address has changed/
is incorrect on the return label
This is not a problem, as long as you are in the same country where the courier companies operate, and your return label is valid.
If you are currently in another country, please contact Returnista Support to update your address.
My item is a defect and I wish to return it back
Please get in touch with our support team at webshop@anna-nina.nl. Include a picture of the damaged item and mention your order number in the e-mail, so we can assist you right away.
